防暈大法

若是在車上或船上能望向窗外,有廣闊的視野,對症狀的改善會有幫助。根據英國的研究,出發前或快發作暈車前服用新鮮姜汁,對暈車暈船的預防效果不錯﹔若不方便准備姜汁,姜糖也是不錯的選擇。

在飲食方面,要避免過量的液體,尤其是產氣的飲料,酒精及油膩的食物也不宜食用,以免增加飽脹感,加深反胃的症狀

若是症狀一向很嚴重,單靠物理方法無法緩解,則可請醫師處方止暈藥物,并在上交通工具前一小時就服用,效果會比較顯著,但是卻會有嗜睡、口干等副作用,服用前要有心理准備。
